Poinsettia Love!

I just love this time of year!  It is a crafter's dream - making handmade Christmas cards!!!  I love poinsettias and thought it would be fun to add one to a Christmas card.  I used my Cricut and a poinsettia SVG file created by Penny Duncan for this card.  I left the rest of the card neutral so the poinsettia really stands out.

 
I covered the center of the poinsettia flower with gold glitter glue and gem stickers from Creative Charms.  Lastly, I completely covered it in glitter.  I just love how it sparkles and that it has a frosty look.  The sentiment I used is from a Fiskars stamp set.

    I love this. SO beautiful! I am going to have to use your idea for the poinsettia in an upcoming card I have to make that was requested to be very pretty. I think this is it!
